From the North:

Use AA Route Planner or Google Maps, or alternatively call us on (01833) 650130 from the UK or 44 1833 650130 from overseas.

From the South East:

• A1 to Scotch Corner
• A66 towards Brough and Penrith for 12 miles
• Turn right onto B6277 (for Cotherstone and Middleton-in-Teesdale)
• Follow B6277 until the village name sign for Romaldkirk on left
• Turn left immediately before the sign, following the sign for Hunderthwaite and Hury
• Follow the road for 2½ miles
• Immediately after the steep hill sign, the cottages are on the left

From the South West:

• Follow the M6 until Junction 33 (Tebay), where you follow the signs for Brough
• Join the A66 towards Scotch Corner
• At Bowes join the A67 for Barnard Castle
• At Barnard Castle, turn left onto B6277 (for Cotherstone and Middleton-in-Teesdale)
• Follow B6277 until the village name sign for Romaldkirk on left
• Turn left immediately before the sign, following the sign for Hunderthwaite and Hury
• Follow the road for 2½ miles
• Immediately after the steep hill sign, the cottages are on the left
